Pilates Mat Fusion - Build overall strength while focusing on traditional Pilates Mat core exercises in this 60min class! There will be upper and lower body training infiltrated into the sequence leaving your body feeling strong, stretched, and balanced!
Thursdays - 6:45am
bodyART - Holistic, functional, mind-body training system combining strength, cardio, flexibility and classical breathing techniques. This flow creates a dynamic link between active and passive movement, creating a greater sense of balance in the body. Inspired by yoga, pilates, tai chi, martial arts and tribal dance creating a synergy of physical training and mental relaxation.
Thursdays at 5:15pm & Fridays at 11am
Gro STRONG - Get ready for a cardio and weight based class that moves with alignment and intention. This class will strengthen various muscle groups which will enhance your overall strength and stability.
Bring your own ankle weights if you have them for added resistance.
Saturdays at 10:30am
Lab STRETCH - End your week with this class which focuses on relaxation, deep stretching sore muscles, and mobilizing stiff joints.
